Robert Culpepper, Esq.

Rob C. Culpepper is an attorney at GLG, where he specializes in handling insurance fraud cases, glass cases, premise liability and declaratory actions.

Rob attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and graduated cum laude from the Honors program. During his time at UGA, Rob was a graduate of the New Media Institute and had the opportunity to study sustainable development in New Zealand and Australia. He was also a member of the university’s baseball team.

After graduation, Rob worked at a technology infrastructure company before transitioning into a career in education. He became a high school teacher, coaching both baseball and softball teams, while also earning a Master of Science in Instructional Technology.

Rob pursued his passion for law at the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he graduated magna cum laude and ranked #4 in his class. During law school, Rob served as the Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and received recognition as the Best Overall Advocate in the Trial Practice Program. He gained extensive legal experience through internships with various legal entities, including Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, the State Attorney’s Office, and several judges.

After law school, Rob gained valuable courtroom experience at the State Attorney’s Office in downtown Jacksonville, where he handled numerous trials, including cases involving armed robbery, armed burglary, drug trafficking, and murder. Following his time at the State Attorney’s Office, he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil cases across the State of Florida. His legal practice encompasses representation in State and Federal Court.

Rob actively participates in various professional organizations, reflecting his commitment to the legal community and professional development. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, where he engages with peers and stays updated on legal trends and practices. Rob also serves on the JBA Judicial Relations Committee, contributing to the improvement of judicial processes and fostering positive relationships between the legal community and the judiciary. Additionally, he has been a member of the esteemed Chester Bedell Inn of Court, collaborating with fellow legal professionals to uphold ethical standards and promote excellence in advocacy. Rob’s involvement extends to the Federalist Society, where he engages in discussions and debates on constitutional principles and legal philosophy, enriching his understanding of the law and its implications. Through his active participation in these organizations, Rob demonstrates his dedication to professionalism, legal education, and the advancement of the legal profession

In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending quality time with his family, coaching his daughters’ softball teams, participating in his Bible study groups at Chets Creek church, and watching baseball and football.
