Nichole M. Delaware is an associate at GLG, concentrating in automobile insurance defense with a focus on breach of contract glass claims. Leveraging her extensive background as in-house counsel, Nichole provides invaluable insights and strategic counsel in civil litigation. Before joining GLG, Nichole worked as an attorney at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where she managed a diverse caseload including first-party property, bodily injury, and third-party property claims.

Nichole’s legal career began after earning her bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law with a minor in Philosophy from the University of West Florida. Her career path was shaped by over a decade in plaintiff law firms as a paralegal, concentrating on personal injury, dog bites, and slip and fall claims. This hands-on experience provided her with profound insights into the complexities of litigation.

In 2021, Nichole graduated from the Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar shortly thereafter. Beyond her professional achievements, Nichole enjoys spending time with her family, especially enjoying activities on the water. She is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering as a Judge for the Clay County Teen Court Diversion Program. Nichole’s dedication to service was recognized with the Bronze President’s Volunteer Service Award in both 2022 and 2023.
