Margaret Younginer brings her extensive courtroom experience to GLG, where she specializes in insurance defense.  She currently handles windshield-related litigation for State Farm and Progressive insurance companies.

Margaret’s academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University.

During law school, Margaret was actively involved in the Animal Legal Defense Fund and completed internships with both the Innocence Project of Florida and the Gadsden County Office of the Public Defender.

After graduating and passing the Florida Bar, Margaret dedicated over four years to public service as an Assistant Public Defender for the Palm Beach County Office of the Public Defender. In this role, she handled a diverse array of misdemeanor and felony cases, rising to become the lead attorney in her criminal division.
