Kevin G. Bennett is an associate attorney at the firm, bringing a deep commitment to client advocacy and a broad range of legal experience. A sixth-generation Floridian and second-generation attorney, Kevin proudly continues his family’s tradition of legal service in the state he calls home.

Kevin has extensive experience across multiple practice areas, including workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, general liability, family and matrimonial law, criminal defense, administrative law, employment law, and first-party insurance coverage. His current practice focuses on workers’ compensation, first-party insurance litigation, personal injury claims involving negligent or intentional acts, and insurance fraud litigation.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has successfully tried more than 70 cases and has argued more than 20 appeals, demonstrating his skill as both a trial and appellate advocate.

Kevin began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 15th Judicial Circuit. He later transitioned into private practice, gaining valuable experience at firms of all sizes, as well as operating his own successful solo practice for several years.

He earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida.

A longtime resident of Delray Beach, Kevin is deeply involved in the local community. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Delray Beach Historical Society, as a Guardian ad Litem in the 15th Judicial Circuit, and currently serves as legal advisor to both the EJS Project and the Delray Beach Historical Society.

Outside the office, Kevin is an avid runner, cyclist, and fitness enthusiast.
