In 2022, Jenny joined GLG’s property insurance department, bringing her extensive legal experience and unique perspective as a former Plaintiff’s attorney. She is committed to defending property insurance carriers from claims involving property damage and complex policy disputes.

Jenny is a third-generation native Floridian with a passion for advocacy and legal excellence. During her time at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Jenny distinguished herself as a travel team member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and received the high-grade award in constitutional law. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Defender’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit in the Juvenile Division, providing legal representation to low-income youth in need.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, Jenny embarked on her legal career in complex financial litigation and contested foreclosure actions, representing financial institutions. In 2018, she transitioned to a boutique Plaintiff’s firm, where she focused on litigated First-Party Property Insurance claims in the tri-county area and Florida’s West Coast.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2003 and interned with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida in Kissimmee, Florida during her undergraduate studies.

Jenny is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, bringing her passion for advocacy and legal expertise to her work at Goldstein Law Group. Outside of her legal practice, Jenny is an avid cat lover.
