Despite numerous challenges, Frank’s relentless pursuit of justice resulted in the largest fraud-related settlement in the insurer’s history.

He has filed dozens of civil recovery actions on behalf of major insurers, including cases involving causes of action for Common Law Fraud, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices, Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Unjust Enrichment and Declaratory Relief.
He has initiated all types of lawsuits against crime rings who have defrauded insurers, more specifically Frank and GLG have instituted legal proceedings against clinics and individuals who have: organized and participated in staged automobile accidents; billed for services not rendered; falsified medical records and bills; bribed and kicked back monies to “patients” and runners, to participate in staged accidents and sign bundles of blank, bogus treatment notes; owned clinics with no medical directors or medical directors who never intended to, nor complied with their statutory and regulatory mandated duties; engaged in upcoding and unbundling.
Beyond litigation, Frank is actively involved in the investigative process Examinations Under Oath of insureds and sworn statements of witnesses and informants. His hands-on approach assists and ensures his clients receive comprehensive support in building robust fraud cases, from the ground up.
Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Frank was honored with the title of Insurance Attorney of the Year at the prestigious Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) conference and has received multiple nominations for his exemplary work.
Sought-after speaker, Frank shares his wealth of knowledge at local and national conferences, including FIFEC, from 2001-2022; 2024 and the International Association of Special Investigative Units (“IASIU”) conferences from 2001-2022; 2024. He has been invited to present on various topics including auto glass/windshield, PIP, BI/UM and fraud related issues at local and national conferences hosted by leading insurers such as Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, GEICO, Farmers, National General, Direct General, Metlife, Ocean Harbor and Gainsco.
He has also had the privilege, of being a featured speaker at Florida Claims Defense Network fraud related conferences, from 2001-2024. He has also been published in the areas of automobile glass/windshield defense and fraud, PIP and insurance fraud.
Committed to giving back, Frank and GLG actively support charitable organizations such as Puzzle Piece (an autism based charity), Covenant House (a charity supporting homeless youth), Saving Ocean Life (a charity supporting beach clean-ups), The Pantry of Broward, Inc. (community food bank) and Habitat for Humanity. In 2007, Frank and his firm established the Goldstein Law Group Scholarship at his alma mater, the University of Florida, which is a needs based scholarship awarded to annually to a student in financial need, demonstrating his dedication to empowering future generations.
