Deborah Braile is a seasoned attorney at our firm, specializing in the aggressive defense of fraudulent and excessive insurance claims. With a wealth of experience, Deborah also possesses expertise in defending Bodily Injury, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, and Premises Liability Claims.

Deborah has achieved numerous dismissals for clients without any payments made, demonstrating her proficiency in resolving cases efficiently. She has also successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar global settlements when in the best interest of her clients.

Deborah graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Advertising in 1990, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. She has been practicing law in the State of Florida ever since. Deborah is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar, The Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Broward County Bar Association, and the National Society of Professional Insurance.

Outside of her legal practice, Deborah is dedicated to giving back to the community. She is actively involved in charitable organizations such as The Bridge Ministry, Raise the Roof Academy, Compassion International, Autism Speaks, the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
