Britany is an attorney at GLG, and focuses her practice on defending first party property disputes, and has successfully represented various GLG clients in settlement negotiations, pre-trial motions, discovery practices, and pre-trial proceedings.
After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Britany began working in Dependency with the Department of Children and Families. She provided legal representation for the State of Florida in all juvenile dependency proceedings. Following that she transitioned to a firm representing Plaintiffs relating to commercial and consumer debts.
Britany attended Western Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU) receiving her J.D. in 2018.
During law school, Britany interned for the Honorable Susan R. Bolton (Senior Judge) for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She was also interned at the ASU Immigration Clinic helping neglected children in immigration proceedings and state dependency.
