Kevin Trueba is an associate attorney at GLG, where he works primarily in insurance defense and construction defect litigation.

Kevin’s experience in personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance allows him to approach litigation with a strategic, multifaceted perspective. Kevin has handled key stages of the litigation process, including drafting and arguing summary judgment motions, attending hearings, conducting depositions, and participating in mediations, while also supporting trial strategy and preparation in complex cases. He served as second chair in trials involving homeowners’ property claims and assisted with appellate proceedings before the Third District Court of Appeals, including preparation for oral argument.

Kevin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law.
