Gabriela Quigley, Esq.

Associate

Gabriela Quigley is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and complex multi-party disputes. She brings extensive experience representing developers, contractors, and subcontractors in matters involving property damage, project-delay allegations, contract disputes, and technical construction issues. Gabriela is known for her strategic case management, strong writing skills, and her ability to navigate high-volume dockets while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Gabriela earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University, where she was inducted into the International Relations Honor Society. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Association, was selected as a HOPE Public Interest Fellow, and completed several legal internships in both the private and public sectors. Her work included drafting legal agreements, conducting research across multiple practice areas, and supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation.

After graduation, Gabriela gained litigation experience across multiple disciplines, including probate, guardianship, premises liability, personal injury, condominium disputes, and commercial litigation. She later advanced into a leadership role within a construction litigation division, where she managed a large caseload from pre-suit through trial. In that capacity, she conducted depositions, coordinated inspections, argued motions, handled mediations and hearings, supervised junior attorneys, and directed overall litigation strategy.

With a strong technical background and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Gabriela is dedicated to providing efficient, thoughtful, and results-driven representation to her clients.

Outside of her practice, Gabriela enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and exploring new restaurants as an avid foodie.
